Ways Advisory assisted EcorNaturaS\u00ec S.p.A. as financial advisor in the sale of the subsidiary BiotoBio S.r.l., a leading company in the marketing of organic, healthy and free-from food products with a network of approximately 7,500 shops supplied, to the company Probios S.r.l, an Italian company specialised in healthy food, supported by the Agreen Capital fund.<\/p>\n

The transaction is part of the process aimed at creating a leading European centre for the distribution of natural and organic products, with the participation of EcorNaturaS\u00ec as a minority shareholder.<\/p>\n

Ways Advisory acted as financial advisor to the seller, providing support in the structuring of the transaction, in the negotiation phases and in the coordination of due diligence activities with a team of professionals, composed by the partner Leopoldo Varasi, the associate partner Paolo Giovanetti and the manager Gianluca Raimondi.<\/p>\n
