EcorNaturaS\u00ec S.p.A., assisted by financial advisor Fingiaco Advisory and the law firm Molinari Agostinelli, secured a dual financing package: the first, a medium-to-long-term facility granted by a pool comprising Banca Nazionale del Lavoro and UniCredit; the second, also a medium-to-long-term facility, provided by Intesa Sanpaolo.<\/p>\n

The transaction is aimed at restructuring EcorNaturaS\u00ec\u2019s debt exposure in order to equip the group with the financial resources required to implement its investment plan.<\/p>\n

EcorNaturaS\u00ec is a benefit corporation operating in the organic products retail sector, distinguished by its strong environmental and social focus. In 2021, the EcorNaturaS\u00ec Group reported consolidated revenues of \u20ac473.5 million, with 364 NaturaS\u00ec branded stores across Italy and approximately 50 abroad, of which around 130 are directly operated and the remainder held through participations or franchising arrangements, alongside a network of approximately 300 affiliated organic farms.<\/p>\n

Fingiaco Advisory, with a team led by partner Leopoldo Varasi, director Paolo Giovanetti and senior manager Nicola Pistillo, acted as financial and structuring advisor to the group, overseeing all related aspects of the overall financing transaction.<\/p>\n
