Project originated from the dealer’s need to identify the fair market value of the assets held by the company under strong financial stress. The project also included rationalization, regularization, and preparation of the real estate portfolio for a composition with creditors plan successfully completed with a specialized partner. The real estate portfolio (technical, commercial and lease aspects) was proactively managed.
