Fingiaco was established in Forlì, thanks to Enrico Giannelli and Matteo Cosmi. The common goal is to focus consultancy activities mainly on M&A, Investment and on Club Deals with private investors.


Real Consultant was founded thanks to Mattia Cavaleri and Barbara Polito. The company was founded in response to the need of investors and institutional managers in the Real Estate industry to be accompanied by someone with cross-functional knowledge to manage the issues that arose as a result of the 2008 Credit Crunch


The company became a local operating partner for the management and valorisation of an office portfolio located between Milan and Rome owned by JP Morgan Asset Management


The corporate structure was implemented and Fingiaco started covering the corporate finance market, mainly in the restructuring industry.


Fingiaco opened its first office in Milan and further strengthened its existing structure.


The company further increased its positioning as the local operating partner of Tristan Capital Partners in the field of logistics. In this sector, Real Consultant will continue to establish its presence, strengthening in the following years.


The company was the first in Italy to outsource the Valuation Function to Morgan Stanley SGR SpA


Fingiaco's headquarters moved permanently to Milan. Here, Fingiaco expanded its services by outlining its 4 main business lines: performance improvement, real estate, deal advisory and debt advisory.


Leopoldo Varasi joined Fingiaco as Equity Partner


The first real estate fund for which the company acted as local partner for a foreign institutional entity was successfully closed (IRR levered over 17%)


Fingiaco moved its headquarters to Corso Italia, expanding the facility and starting a JV with Real Consultant
