Restructuring of the Edra Costruzioni Group

With the signing of a number of restructuring agreements and arrangements, including those pursuant to Article 67(3)(d) of the Insolvency Act, the complex restructuring process of the group of companies headed by Edra Costruzioni Soc. Coop. (AN) has been successfully concluded.

The Edra Group was assisted by K&L Gates, represented by partner Paolo Rusconi and associate Daniela Proietti, on legal matters, and by the professionals at Fingiaco, represented by Enrico Giannelli (partner), Alfredo Pavone (director), Nicola Pistillo and Marco Checco (manager), acting as industrial and financial advisers.

The banking and financial creditors were advised by the professionals at the LMS law firm in Milan, including partner Matteo Bascelli, counsel PhD Elena Grigò and associate Riccardo Di Carlo.
