ACG ensures business continuity: negotiated settlement and sale of business unit successfully completed with the support of Ways Advisory
Ways Advisory supported ACG S.P.A., a company specializing in highly complex integrated construction engineering, in the negotiated settlement process, which was successfully concluded with the formalization of an agreement with bank and financial creditors, pursuant to which the operating company (comprising approximately one hundred employees) was sold to ARCO LAVORI S.C.C..
The restructuring process involved 11 credit institutions, the public guarantee funds MCC and SACE, and approximately 600 suppliers.
In particular, Ways Advisory acted as financial advisor to the company, with the involvement of Alfredo Pavone (Associate Partner) and Matteo Savoia (Senior Analyst). ACG was supported in legal matters by lawyer Fabrizio Fanti.
The credit institutions were assisted by the law firm Carbonetti e Associati, with a team composed of partner Luca Pasquini and senior associate Jacopo Villa.
Arco Lavori was assisted on legal aspects relating to the acquisition by BLF Studio Legale with a team composed of partner Pier Luigi Morara and counsel Nicola Sanasi and Anna Rita Roncuzzi.
