Anthilia Capital Partners provides €6 million to Orva (piadine)

Anthilia BIT III and Anthilia BIT IV Co-Investment Fund, private debt funds managed by Anthilia Capital Partners, have provided a €6 million loan to Orva, a group operating in the bread substitute sector.

Fingiaco acted as financial advisor on the transaction.

According to a press release, the financing was structured as a €4.9 million loan, with a six-year term and an amortising repayment schedule with a 24/36-month grace period, backed by a guarantee from the Central Guarantee Fund of Mediocredito Centrale and the SACE Italia Guarantee; and a €1.1 million unsecured loan, with a seven-year term and a bullet repayment.
