Bagutta (Cit) renegotiates its credit facilities

Cit-Confezioni Italiane Tessili, known for its Bagutta shirt brand, has successfully renegotiated its credit facilities with Intesa Sanpaolo, Ubi Banca, Banco Bpm and Banca Popolare di Sondrio, for a total value of €6.5 million.

The legal aspects of the transaction were handled by the law firm Vicari. Fingiaco, meanwhile, acted as the company’s industrial and financial advisor.
