Brilliant Concept acquires a majority stake in Alluflon

The law firms Osborne Clarke, Allen & Overy, Fingiaco and Marchionni & Partners advised the parties on the transaction.

Brilliant Concept Development Limited has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Alluflon S.p.A., a manufacturing company specialising in the production of aluminium tools, previously owned by Montagna Holding S.r.l. in liquidation.
