Andrea joined Ways Advisory in 2024.
He gained about 4 years of experience in Mediobanca’s Investment Banking in the Structured Finance team, specializing on M&A and LBO transactions both in the origination and structuring phases. He has gained transversal experience in different sectors (i.e. consumer goods, transportation and industrial/automotive) and on both mid and large cap counterparties.
Andrea is graduated in Management Engineering from Polytechnic of Milan, where he also attained the title of Industrial Engineer in June 2021. His academic career includes a double international experience, the first at the Nova School of Business and Economics (Lisbon) and the second at the University of Cambridge where he buoyed and finalized his degree thesis.
