Gianluca joined Ways Advisory in 2023.
He has over 6 years of experience, gained in the restructuring team of KPMG Advisory, with focus on debt advisory and debt restructuring, also dealing with strategic business plan and budgeting drafting with an accurate focus on cash flow monitoring and Working Capital optimisation. He has consolidated experience in many industries, including consumer goods, food & beverage, automotive and pharma.
He holds a master’s degree with honours in Business Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
