Giovanni has more than 30 years of experience in Corporate & Investment Banking at Unicredit, both in the managerial area and in the implementation of complex structured finance, acquisition finance, real estate financing and trade finance transactions in both domestic and international contexts.
In his professional experience at Unicredit he reached the role of Executive Vice President in 2016, holding various positions including:
From 2020 to 2022 Co-Head of Global Transaction Banking for the Group, with responsibility for the business lines of Trade Finance, Working Capital Solutions and Cash Management.
From 2016 to 2019 Giovanni was Regional Manager of Lombardy, leading the bank’s business in Corporate, Private and Retail Banking segments and managing relationships with all key stakeholders.
