Inna joined Real Consultant, now Ways Advisory, since 2017
She has over 20 years of experience in administrative work in both Latvian and Italian companies. She is an administrative manager, and she is responsible for organisation, supervision of administrative, accounting, and human resources services, coordinating the various stages of relations with various internal and external stakeholders.
Prior to Real Consultant, she oversaw the administrative and financial management of a company, operating in the fashion/luxury sector for more than 3 years.
She holds a Double Degree in Business Administration and International Economics and Finance from Banku Augstskola University (Latvia) and University of Milan.
