Leopoldo Varasi

Leopoldo has more than 25 years of experience in both management and Advisory.
His main managerial experiences, carried out for companies with turnover between Euro 50 million and Euro 500 million, include those of Managing CEO for Battistero SpA (food), Chairman for Newcocot SpA (fashion), Managing CEO for Olcese SpA (fashion), and Assistant Chairman for Santa Valeria Finanziaria SpA (listed holding company). He was also Interim Manager for Lombardini Holding SpA (real estate), RDB SpA (real estate) and EcorNaturasì SpA (food), and Interim CFO for Industrie Saleri Italo SpA (automotive).
He also consolidated his career as an Advisor starting in 2009, working first at DVR Capital and then at Fingiaco. During his decades of experience as Advisor, he has followed both corporate and debt restructuring processes and relevant M&A and financing transactions, consolidating his expertise across different sectors and realities of the Italian landscape.
