Marta De Matteis

Marta joined Fingiaco, now Ways Advisory, in 2016.
She has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on financing/refinancing, M&A and debt restructuring. She deals also with budgeting and business plan drafting and carries out temporary management activities with a specific focus on cash flow management even in situations of financial stress.
She gained a strong expertise across several sectors, mainly in fashion/luxury, real estate, automotive and hospitality.
She worked for over 3 years in Investment Banking at Citigroup in Milan and London and in corporate banking at Unicredit in Shanghai.
Marta holds a Double Degree with honours and Special Acknowledgement from the Commissionin International Management at Luiss University (Rome) and Fudan University (Shanghai).
