Maurizio Lembo

Maurizio joined Ways Advisory in 2024.
He gained over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate, both at a national and pan-European level, with particular focus on Asset Management, Development, Project & Construction Management.
Over the last 10 years he has worked first for important institutional investors, at Maston Investment Management, and subsequently in this role himself, at Principal Asset Management and Impreme SpA (Värde Partners).
He holds a degree in Building Systems Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and is a qualified construction engineer. Furthermore, he holds two Executive Masters in Finance, in Corporate Finance & Real Estate and in Corporate Finance & Control respectively, from the SDA Bocconi School of Management.
