Paolo Giovanetti

Paolo joined Fingiaco, now Ways Advisory, in 2017.
He has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on financing / refinancing, extraordinary transactions, M&A, performance improvement activities and debt restructuring.
He deals with budget and business plan drafting and with the development of financial carve outs, company valuations and free cash flow forecasting.
He has cross-sector experience in various industries, mainly fashion/luxury, industrial products, TMT, retail and food & beverage.
Prior to Fingiaco, he worked as Senior Manager at EY, in the Transaction Advisory Services area, and at The European House – Ambrosetti Group.
He holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance at L. Bocconi University (Milan).
