Simone Bastari

Simone joined Fingiaco, now Ways Advisory, in 2010.
He has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with particular focus on real estate development operations. He deals with urban design and planning and advises on real estate developments, supervises their execution, and estimates asset values in relation to financial redevelopment or asset development or acquisition.
He has always worked as a freelancer, both for private and companies, with whom he has also recently carried out major projects in the logistics sector.
He holds a degree in civil engineering (specialising in structures) from the University of Bologna and he is a member of the Professional Association of Engineers.
