The Ways Advisory team assisted EcorNaturaSì S.p.A. in the signing of an investment agreement with BF S.p.A.

The Partner Leopoldo Varasi, the Associate Partner Paolo Giovanetti, and the Senior Manager Nicola Pistillo have assisted Naturasì as financial advisor in the underwriting of an equity investment made by BF S.p.A. for an amount of Euro 25 million in EcorNaturaSì S.p.A.. The objective is also a long-term strategic collaboration to promote the integration of the production and distribution chain of organic food products.

Specifically, this is a commercial agreement between the two groups in order to generate synergies between Naturasì and the companies belonging to the BF Group.
