Ways Advisory assisted the client from the origination of the opportunity up to the transfer of the area complete with the necessary entitlements for logistics development and free of any prejudicial debts and transcripts, to a real estate fund managed by Kervis SGRSpA and sponsored by Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Ways Advisory followed the client in all the analysis, negotiation and coordination activities of the parties involved, as well as in the urban/administrative valorization (working alongside Ing. Piero Locatelli to the extent of his competence), also in the debt restructuring activities of the corporate vehicle, acquired by the IrgenRE Group in the distressed area.
