Coordination with the SGR for the identification of the necessary contractual and procedural aspects for the implementation of the outsourcing of the Valuation Division (first in Italy) according to Bank of Italy and Consob guidelines. Implementation of the service and all related support activities (periodic evaluations, fairness opinions, ad hoc analysis, periodic review of procedures inherent to the activity, reporting, support to the Board of Directors for matters inherent to the activity).
