Ways Advisory advised SCPI ActivImmo, a retail real estate fund managed by Alderan, on the acquisition of a logistics facility located in Bagnolo Mella (Brescia)

Ways Advisory acted as the Real Estate Advisor to SCPI ActivImmo, managed by Alderan, an independent French real estate management company, in structuring and executing a sale & leaseback transaction for a logistics property of approximately 22,000 square meters located in Bagnolo Mella, in the province of Brescia. This acquisition allows SCPI ActivImmo to strengthen its position in Italy, which perfectly aligns with its internationalization strategy.
