IrgenRE, through its subsidiary Immobiliare Arca Srl, sold an area of over 250,000 square meters, with permits for the construction of approximately 144,000 square meters of logistics real estate, located in Castel Guelfo (BO). The Finance team of IrgenRE, led by Dr. Ulderico Barletta, received support from Ways Advisory (Mattia Cavaleri with the M&A RE team), Gianni & Origoni (Atty. Domenico Tulli), and Eng. Piero Locatelli for the management of the acquisition, valorisation, and sale process of the area.

The area was acquired by the Milione Fund, actively managed by Kervis (Giulio Bentivoglio, Simone Consolino, Paolo Trabucchi), and sponsored by Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Kervis will develop a class A logistics hub on the site, certified according to the highest available standards.
