Ways Advisory supported Camplus for the joint venture between Partners Group, Dea Capital and Camplus

From the joint venture between Partners Group, Dea Capital and Camplus, a new pan-European university residence platform is born. The JV will develop and manage next-generation student accommodation assets in Europe and aims to become a market leader in the sector with a target of more than 5,000 beds.
