Ways Advisory supports the F.lli Simonetti Group in a significant financial transaction worth over €40 million

Ways Advisory supported the F.lli Simonetti Group, a leading Marche-based company active in the distribution of solutions for construction, architecture, and design, in structuring and finalizing a significant financial transaction aimed at strengthening its capital base and industrial growth.

The transaction, with a total value of over €40 million, was divided into two phases:

  • an initial phase of €25 million, with the involvement of a leading institutional financial operator and the provision of over €12 million in new financing to support the Group’s development plan;
  • a second phase of €16 million, achieved through the restructuring of the debt of a related real estate company, with a significant improvement in the overall financial profile.

The project strengthens the financial sustainability of the F.lli Simonetti Group, which now has over 150 employees and 11 offices in Italy, and contributes to the enhancement of the entrepreneurial fabric of the Marche region.

In particular, Ways Advisory acted as financial advisor to the company, with the involvement of Alfredo Pavone (Associate Partner) and Matteo Savoia (Senior Analyst). The F.lli Simonetti Group was assisted by Paolo Rusconi (Partner) and Mattia Maggioni (Senior Associate) of Dentons Europe Studio Legale, while DLA Piper provided legal assistance to the credit institutions, with Riccardo Pagotto (Counsel) and Oreste Sarra (Senior Lawyer). The independent professional Antonio Acquaroli acted as certifier for the process.
