Ways Advisory assisted the TBI Group in the restructuring operation of the Group composed of 5 companies from the Marche region operating in the field of real estate development, investment and management of shopping centres.

The team led by Director Alfredo Pavone and Senior Manager Nicola Pistillo followed the operation by preparing the restructuring agreement and the reorganisation plans, in collaboration with ADVANT Nctm and LMS Studio legale, which respectively assisted the TBI Group and the Creditor Class for the legal aspects.
